Painted with passion - A Quoc Pham Cycling Shoe

Our good friend Quoc Pham recently sent a pair of his wonderful Fixed Urban Cycling Shoes to London based artist James Straffon for his cycling inspired artworks exhibition. The result of this collaboration is one seriously hot rodded pair of shoes. Just look at that art! (Note to reader - this is how people like me who are from Derbyshire refer to anything resembling the beauty of a closely hewn Derbyshire Stone Wall.)

If you have a few seconds, pop on over to the following URL to see more of James' work:

Or if you are in the area, actually physically pop in. Got to luuuuuve the pop in.

As an aside, fellow Derbyshire road aficionado Paul Smith also likes these shoes a lot - to the blog Robin!  http://www.paulsmith.co.uk/paul-smith-blog/london-james-straffon,647,PBL.html

Quoc Pham Tourer Shoe

Swooping down hill, dale or darting through the city, the forthcoming Tourer Cycling Shoe from Quoc Pham is a true modern classic. We'll have it in store as soon as stock arrives to the UK, but in the meantime, take a look at this beautifully produced video that Quoc commissioned to launch his latest creation.

Always Riding provided a few items for the shoot, one of which was the Muxu 3/4 Short in camel colour, which can be seen from the start, and at points throughout the video. The Ride Short can be bought either at Always Riding, or over at Muxu:
